The house is for sale. Wanna buy it?

Selling a home is hard. I know that most people know this already, but when your house is not actively for sale, it is easy to forget how hard! My house has now been for sale for just over 6 months. During this economy, the time frame is not too huge (yet!) but the worst part of this is that during this time, I feel as if I cannot LIVE in my house. I want to do things to the house and yard, but I do not want to spend any money on the house now. We typically have the scariest yard during October and especially at Halloween. However, this year, we did nothing and it was disappointing. Our fake headstones gather dust in the garage. It is so frustrating!
